PARTNERSHIPS
Got the product.
Not the budget?
Getting a product or brand online — and selling it successfully — can be expensive. For the right opportunity, we're open to sharing the risk and the reward instead of simply sending a quote.
You bring the opportunity.
We bring the eCommerce capability.
A strong product deserves a proper route to market. If you have a compelling product, brand, distribution opportunity or business idea but need help building the eCommerce side, we can explore a structure where we contribute agreed eCommerce, website, technology and digital resources in return for an agreed interest in the opportunity.
Every opportunity is different, so there's no single model. Below are some of the ways we're open to working together.
WAYS WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
Flexible options. Shared goals.
01
Revenue share
A reduced or no upfront build fee, in exchange for an agreed percentage of online sales over an agreed period.
02
Joint venture or equity
We contribute eCommerce, technology and marketing capability in return for an agreed stake in the brand or venture.
03
Hybrid
A reduced upfront fee combined with a smaller revenue share — lower cost to start, with both sides invested in growth.
04
Performance-based
Part of our fee is linked to agreed sales or growth targets, so we're rewarded when the business performs.
05
Phased investment
Launch with the essentials first, then invest in further development and marketing in stages as sales grow.
06
Something else
Have a different structure in mind? Tell us. If the opportunity is right, we're open to finding a model that works for both sides.
HOW IT WORKS
From conversation to launch.
01
Tell us about it
Share the product, the opportunity and where the business is today.
02
We assess the fit
We look at the product, the market, the margins and the route to market.
03
Agree a structure
If there's a fit, we agree a commercial model that works for both sides.
04
Build and grow
We build the store and support the launch and growth together.
A partnership has to make sense for both sides.
We're selective. A partnership conversation is more likely to be relevant where there is a strong product or proposition, a credible route to market, committed people behind the business and a genuine opportunity to create value together.
We don't promise investment or partnership simply because an enquiry is submitted. Any arrangement would be subject to due diligence and an agreed commercial structure.
Have something worth discussing?
Tell us about the product, the opportunity, where the business is today and what you need to get it moving.
Every enquiry is read personally. Partnership opportunities are considered selectively and are subject to due diligence and an agreed commercial structure.
